There are 2 bathrooms so that your group can get ready for a show at Tuacahn with ease. The sunset view is one of the best on the property and this home is steps away from all amenities, but not where noise from the pool or clubhouse areas will distract or disturb your stay.  Your group will enjoy the sunset views and the advantage of being on a top level suite. Underground parking provides 2 reserved parking stalls, for personal convenience and protection from the weather.
The resort clubhouse has indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as basketball and tennis courts and a workout room. A second resort amenities area has another outdoor pool, with waterslide, lazy river, wading area, pool sports court, picnic area, and multiple gas fire pit seating areas. All of these are freely available for your use with this unit.
This is one of the best vacation rentals in the St. George area. If you have a larger group and need more space we also rent the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite next door. Please inquire for more information.
Note: if you have mobility issues this home would not be for you. The suite can only be accessed via stairs.

If you have booked through VRBO/HomeAway or Airbnb, you will be charged a separate SERVICE FEE from those entities that are not from Eckton Vacation Rentals. VRBO/HomeAway and Airbnb charge a service fee to all guests who book through their websites for any reservation. Refunds must be requested through them.**

Use GPS to travel to 98 North Coral Springs Drive, Hurricane, UT 84737. Once on resort property, turn to the left and continue to Building H. The parking spaces are clearly marked. Unit #12 has two reserved spaces, conveniently located near the stairwell. In addition to the reserved spaces in the underground parking, there is ample parking out in front of the building. You’ll see an open doorway that heads up a stairwell. Go all the way up to the top of the stairs. At the top, turn right to go to unit #12.

From I-15, you will take exit #16 for Hwy 9 toward Hurricane. You should see the offramp for Highway 9 out to Hurricane, which, wraps around and under the freeway. After you go under the freeway on Hwy 9, you’ll go approximately 200 yards and get into the right lane to exit the Hwy. That offramp off the Hwy curves to a stop sign (you’ll see the Harley Davidson from that stop sign), where you’ll turn right . As you turn right you’ll go under the Hwy and immediately see a Texaco on your right (by the way, typically the best gas price around). Turn right at that stop sign by the Texaco and you’ll travel a short distance on that road, turning right into Coral Springs Resort. As you head into the Resort, you’ll be given the option to go left or right. Go left. As you do you’ll see the office, the tennis court to the right, and you’ll head up to building H. At bldg. H you’ll turn right into the underground parking. The parking spaces are clearly marked. Unit #12 has two reserved spaces, conveniently located near the stairwell. In addition to the reserved spaces in the underground parking, there is ample parking out in front of the building. You’ll see an open doorway that heads up a stairwell. Go all the way up to the top of the stairs. At the top, turn right to go to unit #12.

A few items to note:  Your reservation requires a 50% deposit, which is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.  The balance of the reservation cost will be due the day before arrival.  A damage deposit of $150 is held in reserve to cover damage to the unit; this deposit is fully refunded if there is no damage, and returned within 7 days of departure.  All  reservations made throught 3rd-party booking sites may include fees charged by those sites.
